		<description>I propose, that instead of retiring the Space Shuttles, we turn them into US/Russian/French financed garbage trucks with rocket engines that go around picking up space trash. Dump the loads in lower orbit, so that eventually it will burn up entering earths atmosphere. Can make for some good comet and UFO sightings too.</description>
